A day at Blue Sky Ranch in Park City, Utah is a picturesque and serene experience, set against the stunning backdrop of the Wasatch Mountains. The ranch offers a variety of activities and facilities, which set the scene for a memorable day filled with meetings, delicious meals, and outdoor adventures.
When tasked with creating several different spaces for this event, Plume Event Co. took stock of what raw space was available to the group and what the goals and initiatives of the event were. The group needed a robust meeting set with grouped seating, top tier audio visual, and ample lighting for morning sessions. Using Blue Sky’s beautiful in-house furniture, Plume Event Co. designed a tiered seating arrangement that made for the perfect meeting layout. Using barnwood divider panels, Plume Event Co. divided the barn in two so that the other half of the room was set perfectly for a luncheon. This set also had an intentional approach, as there was additional audio visual needs for the lunch set as well.
Once meetings were complete, the group moved over to the other half of the barn where a beautiful dining set awaited. Stunning floral centerpieces, cheesecloth table runners, and votive candles made for a gorgeous setting and the perfect decor for a corporate event. The space flowed out onto the adjacent outdoor terrace where soft seating and fire pits awaited guests who wanted fresh mountain air. Soft seating and lounge vignettes are a great way to give guests a space to relax between meetings at corporate gatherings.
After lunch, guests were given the option of 2 bespoke mountain activities. The first activity was a clay shooting experience at Blue Sky Ranch’s sport shooting club. Guests were transported to the hills behind Auberge Blue Sky where they were treated to a custom shooting experience. The other group had a private tour of Blue Sky Ranch, meeting the Saving Gracie’s horses and the Blue Sky Remuda, followed by a custom whiskey tasting with High West Distillery. Both events were great for team building and bonding for a corporate group! The whole day was the perfect way to spend time as a company at a corporate retreat in Park City, Utah.
